
Ronan Horgan
Chief Executive & Board Member
Ronan Horgan has 25+ years’ experience in financial markets. Previous to W&W Investment Managers, he ran the Global Partners desk at Davy Asset Management. He oversaw the provision of investment management services to third party funds. Prior to Davy, Ronan ran his own proprietary trading Firm RODA Investments, developing and trading multi-asset systematic strategies. While in London, Ronan was Global Income partner at CF Global Trading, outsourced trading for Asset Managers. His career started with Susquehanna International Group as a derivatives trader. Ronan is a Chartered Director, holds a Bachelor of Commerce from UCD, Qualified Technical Analyst (MSTA), Trader (Xetra), Securities and Financial Derivatives level 3 (CISI).
Peter Walsh
Head of Trading & Board Member
Peter Walsh with 39 years experience in the finance industry is Head of Trading and Executive Board member at W&W Investment Managers DAC. Prior to joining the firm in 1994, he worked over 14 years at the Central Bank of Ireland where he spent 11 years in the government loans department dealing room and 3 years on the foreign reserves asset management desk. Peter is the Investment Adviser on one of the Group’s €2.5bn long duration bond portfolios.


William Mitchell
Investment Manager
William Mitchell has 38 years’ experience in the Financial Services in London, Hong Kong & Dublin. From 1985 to 1996 William successfully traded in Foreign Exchange Markets with experience in Spot, Forwards, Deposits, Arbitrage and Options. During that time William was seconded to Hong Kong to form the Treasury department for the Riggs National bank of Washington DC.
While in London, William was Chief Dealer with Sumitomo Trust specialising in cross currency spot and FX Options. William has been a valued member of the W&W team since 1996.
Justin Cullinane
Head of Compliance
Justin Cullinane is the Head of Compliance for W&W Investment Managers DAC. Justin brings a wide range of experience in AML, risk and compliance within Corporate and Investment Banking and the Funds Industry for some of the world’s largest multi-nationals such as Citi, Deutsche Bank and HSBC; as well as experience in risk and regulatory reporting for one of Ireland’s pillar retail banks, Bank of Ireland.
Justin holds multiple qualifications through his studies in financial planning, risk, regulatory reporting and compliance. He is an active member of the Institute of Banking (IOB), and The Association of Compliance Officers in Ireland (ACOI).


Debangan Misra
Head of Technology
Debangan Misra is responsible for driving W&W Investment Managers’ overall technical product development strategies. Debangan has experience and expertise in technical architecture design and application development in financial services, education and supply chain industries. Prior to working with W&W, Debangan has worked for different multinational companies located in Ireland,UK,USA and India in project/product development and system integration roles.
Debangan holds a Masters of Science degree in Software Engineering from University of Limerick and a Bachelors of Technology degree in Information Technology from West Bengal University of Technology.
Eugenio Sangermano
Head of Business Development for the Irish W&W entities
Eugenio Sangermano, CCrA, is Head of Business Development for the Irish W&W entities. Eugenio sits on the boards of ICAVs managed out of Dublin. He is a member of the Advisory Committees of different Private Debt Funds. Eugenio also runs the Private Debt program for the W&W Group, focused on Corporate Private Debt and Infrastructure Debt. Previously he was a Fixed Income Portfolio Manager with W&W Asset Management GmbH, managing liquid and illiquid portfolios of government bonds, quasi-government issuers and supranationals.
Mr. Sangermano studied business administration at the Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University.
